The rooms were really nice and comfy. The staff were also very helpful and provided exceptional service. The breakfast spread served was really delicious. The distance to shopping areas were also nearby and easy to commute to. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Worst experience... addtitional charged for extra bed however had default couch whose price was already included. Reception is horrible, doesnt treat you well Never go to this Hotel... you have much better choices in Madurai..........

Worst experience ever mainly because of the unprofessional and unhelpful reception staff. Rooms are old, but clean. However housekeeping is not upto the mark. Restaurant staff are extremely courteous and helpful, but that is offset by the huge hassle that the reception staff will put you through.
